Before you ask.

Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use email and a spreadsheet you have enough. Nothing in the seven weeks requires code.
How much time does this really take?
Ninety minutes live each week, plus about ninety minutes of your own building. Roughly three hours. The building time is spent on work you already had to do.
Do I have to buy new software?
No. We work inside the tools you already pay for wherever possible. If something genuinely needs adding, we'll say so and say why.
Why a live cohort instead of videos I can watch anytime?
Because self-paced courses finish at roughly one in ten, and live cohorts with real deadlines finish at three in four. Completion is the product. A course you didn't finish taught you nothing.
What if I miss a week?
Sessions are recorded and the async build stands on its own. Miss more than two and we'll talk about moving you to the next cohort — this only works if you're in the room.
Is my business information safe?
Week two covers exactly what should never go into a chat window — client information, credentials, regulated data — and how to get the benefit without exposing any of it.
Can you run this for my whole team instead?
Yes. The Team Edition runs the same seven weeks inside one company on your own processes, with a leadership readout at the end.
